The Kingston City Land Bank was founded in 2018 as a not-for-profit public authority, as a new tool to preserve affordability and facilitate the return of distressed properties to productive use in the City of Kingston. KCLB is made up of staff and volunteer board members, who are also members of the Kingston community.
